I stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a mixed experience. The location was convenient for accessing the convention center but being in a rough neighborhood made me feel unsafe. The staff was attentive and offered room service and dry cleaning services. However, the constant power outages were concerning. The hotel had a few shops nearby that stocked Latino foods, which was a nice touch.

The hotel is located in a decent neighborhood, near shops that stock Latino foods and close to various malls and restaurants. The rooms were not cleaned by housekeeping on the upper floors, but the service was satisfactory with room service, dry cleaning, and newspaper service available.
